Why Drink Purified Water?
In nature, plants draw water up from their roots and pass it up to leaves and flowers using capillary action. The plant uses membranes to filter out its food as the water travels. The plant feeds on the inorganic minerals in the water, and then converts them into organic minerals which are the essential minerals for humans. Purified water ensures that inorganic minerals remain in minute quantities. The lower the mineral quantity – the Purer the Water.

How do we process the water?
The treatment process includes carbon filtration, softening, reverse osmosis and ozonation

What does the purification process do?
Our purification process creates water which is filtered free of chemicals such as chlorine. The membrane removes chemicals, heavy metals, dissolved solids, salts and most organisms, inorganic minerals such as calcium carbonate and magnesium which the body cannot utilise. The water contains high levels of oxygen and tastes wonderful. It is water in its purest form.

What is the difference between household filtered water H2Only Purified Water?
Household filters are effective when they are new, however these filters will only stop particles that are visible to the human eye. There are various dissolved solids which are invisible and it will not remove.

Is there a charge for delivery?
No

Do we charge a deposit?
A once off deposit is charged on our bottles and coolers, which is refundable should you close your account and no damage has been caused to the cooler or bottles.

Is there a minimum ordering quantity?
Yes a minimum of two bottles per delivery in most locations. However some remote locations a minimum of 6 bottles may be required.
